I actually have just began working with Britt Griffith who is with TAPS and on the show Ghost hunters. They are beginning to do paranormal classes here on the west coast since britt lives as well in southern california. So the last event we did was just awesome! We did a para class and investigation in the Granada theater in Ontario california. Had a good turn out and it is a very cool place. The theater has a history of being an illegal abortion clinic in the 1920s then again in the 1940s and a legal abortion clinic in 2005. Much of the reports are of women screaming, babies crying, running in the hallways. Full body apparitions of a man and many others. I have been there twice now and both times we had experiences. First time was when we were doing a run through of the class, while syd and britt were on the stage we heard what sounded like a kid making a weird mocking sound. We (a group of 10 people) all heard it and even Britt stopped talking and took note. My and Britts wife Holly went to the area the sound came from and nothing could be found, and there was no children in the building. My husband and I also heard what sounded to be old time piano music from a distance. We never really paid attention to it thinking it had to be coming from somewhere else in the building, a radio or something. But what made it mostly stand out was that it was not “normal” piano music but old oddly enough, Vaudeville type old style music, which would fit the era. We pretty much dismissed it until we heard it again in the middle of the night when we had the event that next weekend. Then nearly 10 peopleheard it along with us, same exact sound as the weekend before. And it couldnt of come from outside as we heard it upstairs in the office area where the re is very little outside noise pollution unlike the theater area. The oddest thing was it sounded nearly like even the same exact song too! Also When in the hallway upstairs I was sitting with a group doing EVP’s I kept felt that cobweb effect, or a tickle go across my chest. Of course there was no cobwebs as this floor is still in constant use as offices and very clean. I was careful not to scratch my chest at all to leave a mark just in case. It happened again a few moments later but in the opposite direction across my chest nearly in the same spot. That time I made note of it to the rest of the group to see if anyone else had the same thing happen, no one did of course. So I thought nothing of it. But then my chest began to burn in the same area. And when we went to move locations all this within about 4 minutes time, once in the light my friends and husband noted a red scratch on my chest. It wasn’t deep enough to draw blood but was rather red and also raised slightly. I cant guarantee the ordeal was paranormal or not, that a spirit did it. But I was very careful to make certain I nor anyone else touched it. So it was rather strange. The projector room was also a great experience. Me, my husband and 4 others were in the room. It had all the original old equipment inside and had a room connected which was the room the man who worked the projector lived as the equipment could never be left on its own so the workers lived there. Even was a sink and toilet inside! I wont go into great detail as this is getting rather long, but me and the others within clearly saw a shadow walking about in the other room that was connected. Even could see the upper body peer around the corner at us and watch. I never understood the term darker then dark until that night as we were in a dark room and yet whomever or whatever was in the room with us actually was blacker then the room and was visible despite it being so dark. I dont think I was ever so completely fascinated and terrified all in the same breath. It was amazing! I think that night out of a group of nearly 80 people that almost every claimed to have had some kind of experience. And thankfully I was able to have my friend Stefanie get a photo of the scratch I had too. So there is one of my own personal experiences. I would love to hear some of your own. I am hopeful to soon begin to do more work as an investigator in training with a group, for the moment I have another investigation in the same Theater the Granada in July. So I am hoping to have another great experience. But please send me one of your own when you get the time!!
